Keimork Buffaloe and a friend were talking to two other men at the 2608 Chichester Avenue shop late on Sept. 1 when an argument broke out, according to authorities.

The 44-year-old Buffaloe and the victim were separated but continued to argue until took out a revolver and opened fire, police claimed.

Officials said the victim received "multiple gunshot wounds to the groin and scrotum" and was hospitalized.

Investigators said the shooting was caught on surveillance camera and claimed "at least one witness" identified Buffaloe as the gunman. Shell casings were also recovered from the scene, they said.

Court records show Buffaloe, of Garnet Valley, was arranged on Monday, Oct. 16, and held in lieu of 10 percent of his $1 million bond. He has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Oct. 26.
